Our homes go through a disinfection process in preparation for your arrival. Sanitization is performed and is essential, but disinfection is just as vital to greatly minimize the risk of a virus surviving on high contact areas, such as door handles, TV remotes, keypads, light switches etc. This is performed by our licensed professional housekeeping team, wearing appropriate PPE within a suitable time window to deliver the service effectively. Our homes then go through a final inspection process to ensure they are safe and ready to greet you as our guest.
Your arrival will be smooth and seamless without a requirement to be in physical contact with our team, but we’re here for you if you need us and exercise safe measures throughout your stay. You will be sent check in details 3 days prior to your arrival with access information for your vacation home. We are available to be contacted by phone, email or social media and implement contactless maintenance if there is a requirement during your stay.
Our pools are serviced weekly and are carefully checked for correct chemical balance and treated accordingly, so you can enjoy safe pool fun in the sun. You can get the most out of your vacation by planning your itinerary ahead and can purchase attraction tickets from our website, rather than doing so during your precious vacation time.
