Shaun & Claire now take care of our 7 villas on Windward Cay Kissimmee for ‘us group’ of owners. We are now a year into the new company and I am pleased to say that we are happy with the service they provide. We have found that Shaun is very much ‘Hands on’ and Claire will constantly update us via e-mail keeping us all informed. Which naturally is very much appreciated when we are so far away. We have found that they have also gone above and beyond when something needs doing or sorting. I have been impressed with the service and have ‘even recommended other owners, which I would not do unless I am confident in what I recommend. Our guest feedback is also very positive.

Although we have only been with them a few months it is a refreshing change to the large management company we were with before. The personal service, the attention to detail, the guest feedback we have received is excellent and I am so glad we made the move. Shaun and Claire love their work and it shows in everything they do.
