1) Who are Key Vacation Homes?

We are a family owned and run business with an overwhelming passion for the Sunshine State. We have been vacationing in Florida since we were kids and just kept coming back. We now live and work here and take from our experiences to give to our guests. When booking with us, you deserve the best and we will deliver the best.

2) What happens after I book with you?

We look after you from your initial inquiry with us to when you check out of your villa. We are the booking agent and the management team for your vacation home, so you can be sure you're communicating with us and you will not be passed on to a third party. We ask for a 10% deposit to secure your booking and will be in touch with you to pay the balance 8 weeks prior to your arrival date (or sooner if your arrival date is within that time period). In between, we are your point of contact to answer any questions and tailor your vacation with any extras you wish to book.

3) How do I pay for my vacation home?

We accept all major credit & debit cards and handle your payment(s) through a secure channel. You will receive a receipt when payments are processed. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.

4) This is my first time in Orlando, how can I get the best out of planning my itinerary and at the best price?

Congratulations for choosing Orlando as your vacation destination. You will not be disappointed! Please feel free to ask us about best attractions, shopping and restaurants both world renowned and 'off the beaten track'. We once started out as first time Orlando vacationers and we now live and breathe it! We're excited to help you. You can book attraction tickets with us and we also have exclusive offers for our guests.

5) Are all of your villas located close to the theme parks and major attractions?

Yes. You can get to Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World all within 20 minutes. You'll be spoilt for choice for restaurants and the shopping malls and supermarkets are plentiful.

6) I have a special request for my vacation, how can you help?

Please let us know anything we can do to help make your vacation extra special. We can welcome your arrival with a food hamper or wine & prosecco, supply BBQ grill equipment, make your arrival more comfortable if you have a baby or young children and more. If you are booking for a special occasion, let us know and we can prepare your vacation home ready for you! If any member of your party has accessability requirements, we're on hand to assist. We can also arrange a welcome visit to help you gain maximum enjoyment from your vacation home.

7) How often will our private pool be serviced?

Our specialist technician will visit once weekly and will ensure your pool is clean, refreshing and inviting. The Key Vacation Homes team work hard to deliver the high standards you expect and deserve.

8) Can I have the pool heated?

We welcome you to add pool heating as an extra to your booking. The pool will be heated between 86 and 88°F, so will be both comfortable and refreshing for your enjoyment.

9) What do I do when I have a question or request when I'm staying at the villa?

We are both the booking agent and the management team. We are available by phone, email, WhatsApp and social media. You will receive our contact details upon booking with us and we are here to look after you.

10) What do I do when I arrive at the property?

All of our vacation homes are safe and secure. You will receive clear instructions and check in details by email 2 weeks prior to your arrival and once the full balance is paid. Many of our vacation homes are in gated communities and so you will be issued with a security pass to gain entry to the resort.
