The Bella Vida townhouse is very well situated in a resort with plenty to offer. With its ideal location in close proximity to the parks, restaurants and shopping; it means you won’t have far to go to maximize the enjoyment of your stay. It is deceptively large on the inside, still offering all the amenities and facilities that you would expect from your vacation home.

The master, the queen guest room and the children’s room are all located upstairs. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a guest bathroom upstairs for your convenience too. There are bunk beds in the children’s room for their enjoyment. Each bedroom is equipped with Smart TVs and cable package.

The adjacent kitchen, dining area and family room open out onto the pool area. These areas are decorated in a modern style with a huge TV with cable package to keep the family well entertained.

The intimate pool area offers plenty of space for sunbathing and a dining area to enjoy poolside refreshments, including a BBQ/Grill. The pool is equipped with a safety fence to give peace of mind for guests staying with young children.

Everything has been very well designed for the best guest experience. The owner provides a unique welcome pack to help our guests settle in. Additionally, you will have a memorable four digit code assigned for your stay for use with the innovative front door electronic keypad. Villa Pengura

Our elegant updated spacious villa provides all the comforts of home and more. It offers all the room you need to relax and enjoy your vacation, sleeping 10 plus baby. We are 13 miles from Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios. Lake Berkley Resort is a gated community with 24 hour security, immaculately maintained grounds, and boasts many amenities. Included are tennis court, basketball court, state of the art fitness center, clubhouse, community pool, Jacuzzi and Splash Park. In addition we have a fishing pier, children’s playground, volleyball court and cycling/walking path around the large lake.

Our villa is unique being built as a one of a kind model. It has an over-sized heated pool and deck and a large newly updated gourmet kitchen and lavishly remodeled bathrooms. The pool backs onto a conservation area, which maximizes privacy. There are plenty of chairs and sun loungers for the whole family to enjoy. There is also a barbecue to make meal preparation easy.

On the main level there are two bedrooms- the master has a king bed with an en suite and the second bedroom is a queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom. The main level also includes a formal dining room, eat-in kitchen and enormous lounge with seating for 8 and a large 58” flat
screen TV with full cable service. We have a newly constructed game room equipped with a multi-purpose game table, 55” TV, x-box, sofa and recliners.
Upstairs is three bedrooms, all equipped with TV’s and ceiling fans. Two rooms have queen beds and one room has two twin beds. All bedrooms have ample storage space for all of your belongings. The bedrooms on the upper level share a full bathroom.

We are located conveniently to shopping, restaurants and other points of interest. We are walking distance to Medieval Times and a Super Walmart. Shingle Creek is 1.5 miles away where you can hike or rent a kayak/canoe. Miniature golf is plentiful in the area also. There is a lot to do while on your vacation at Villa Pengura.

The Retreat

This villa is the perfect place for a family getaway. Located approximately 30 minutes from the parks, including; Walt Disney World Resort, Sea World and Universal Studios. You are also in the ideal location to access the 192, which is just over one mile away and you’ll be spoilt for choice with plenty of shops, restaurants and more!

The villa is self-catering and so the kitchen is equipped with, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a coffee maker. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer for your use and convenience.

The Lake Berkley resort offers free access to facilities, including; tennis courts, state of the art gymnasium and a community swimming pool. Ideal for two families sharing, this villa also includes a games room to keep everyone entertained. The games room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, Wii games console, pool table, dart board, a Foosball table and an additional refrigerator for handy refreshments!

The private swimming pool/spa can be heated during the daytime for your enjoyment (for an additional charge). The deck area includes plenty of chairs and sun loungers for your party to enjoy.

Hideaway

Enjoy this spacious six bedroom, six bathroom villa for a relaxing family vacation. The villa also boasts the luxury of four en-suite bathrooms and two livings rooms with TVs.

The pool can be heated during the daytime for your enjoyment (for an additional charge). The deck area includes a hot tub for the whole families enjoyment and plenty of chairs and sun loungers.
